It doesn't seem like it's a particularly "good" thing to me. Further proves how little the girls are in charge of their activities, etc. >_>;;;
I mean, of course they're not "in charge" of them, but... I mean, they should definitely know about it before enough staff members do to leak the info to 2ch, or worse, before they learn about it from the FC newsletter or wherever the info came from. ^^;;;
