A friend of mine just came back from New York and she says she saw an advertisement over there (She was like, hey you like Morning Musume right? I hear they're going to be in New York, I saw an ad). Any of you New York area natives seen anything yet?

I live in NY and was in Times Square last week. I didn't see any ads, but I'm sure the venue has MM in their rotation on the digital display outside of the venue. I DID pass the venue, and didn't notice an ad, but I wasn't specifically looking for one.

Yeah there aren't any ads around the city, but i wouldnt be surprised if there was one near the best buy theater.

Previous times that H!P groups have come overseas, they've be selling their most recent albums and singles. I know that C-ute/Berikyuu have released event-only best-of albums at Japan Expo, but I imagine that this NY event isn't a big enough thing to warrant a CD being produced.
Anyway, I wonder if the CD that you need to buy for the handshake event is a specific CD, or if it's just any CD purchase. Has this been mentioned anywhere?

Also, I'm very surprised that the show isn't sold out yet.
