I'm more interested in the continued pairing of Sakura and Maachan. They're more natural together than the Odd Couple-ish MaaDuu.

They're like forehead twins, so it makes sense. MaaDuu is like a master-slave relationship.

Anyway, just a quick update: Zukki has apparently awakened her inner masochistic character to the point of going a little too far. At Naruchika, she apparently said something along the lines of, "Even if you oshi-hen to me, it will still be a loss, so just be fans of Riho." She very sincerely apologized for it in her blog, since it didn't come out right and sounded disrespectful to her current fans. A lot of people seem to be excusing it as a bad joke or just a new side of her coming out as a result of Mechaike, and most are more surprised that she would say something like that rather than being upset over it. To me, she's trying to get a grip on this new character and making one slip or two as a result of developing it is perfectly fine.

How does oshi-hen translate? I'm trying to make sense of the sentence. I know what oshi and hen mean separately (unless I'm mistaken), but not together.

today in Kagawa pref. was the last of eight Naruchika live house performances for Morning Musume.

Kudo had itchy eyes, she wore glasses to protect her eyes. she even wore them during the handshake event. she has to sleep early because of school tomorrow.
