Technically it is not a new song but it was never officially released.

After watching the video from MovieCollection again,
there was something that I didn't realise before about yesterdays UUG event.

Yesterday, 2013-10-01, was Akiba Cultures Theatre ( ACT ) opening day. Yes, that place is brand new.
Up Up Girls was specially invited as the "Opening Reception" act, as they put it on their website ( http://akibalive.jp/ ).
I take that as an acknowledgement that UUG as one of the hot acts in the indie idol circuit.
The other groups that were introduced as seen in the MovieCollection video were the regular weekly acts.

More about ACT. ACT is located, of all places, at Akihabara Culture Zone.
If that doesn't ring a bell... Akihabara Backstage Pass is in the same building.
Tsunku have competition now.
ACT is located on Basement 1 ( ABP is located on the 6th floor).
Theatre capacity, 295 people.

Uhm....Ano Saka no Ue Made, was the 2nd A-side to Next Stage (their 11th single)

^Thanks for pointing that out. Now that is strange. They clearly said 最新曲 - Latest single.
Maybe they meant the MV for Ano Saka is being aired for the first time. We just have to wait and see what develops.
