Oh it's do-able. I used to do that type of stuff all the time. The people that are singing at the moment can do easier moves while singing, and when it's sung in unison it can be simpler moves (perfect time for formation dance) but otherwise it's doable.

of course, looking at some of the girls that are not as good at dancing doing thing would be probably painful.

Doable and easy are 2 different things. I never said it wasn't doable, just not easy.

I remember watching BoA years back, and for a particular song (when she sang it at concerts or live events), if she did the propper dance, she'd lip sync it. If she didn't lip sync it, she'd tone down her dancing. I forget what song it was, but it was one of her Korean ones. Near the time Do the Motion came out I think. She does some spaz gyrations n the middle of the song that she only does when she lip syncs.

Wow, I've never seen this video before, and it's from 2 years ago (when Ai-chan graduated and Sayumi became leader). I don't get a thing and I don't understand what kind of reality show this is, but Sayumi cries in the bed. o.O I think because she was stressed about being a leader and didn't have confidence in herself (I only understand "taihen, taihen..."). But look Sayumi, your Morning Musume is experiencing one of the best times in its history! :__D She must feel so relieved.

Because of the challenge, she was under a huge amount of stress cooking for and living by herself (normally, she lives with her mother and maybe her older sister, whom I think hadn't moved out yet at that time) while also working her normal schedule, doing Aichan's graduation concert at the Budōkan, and worrying about the future of the group after Aichan.
