All new members under the age of 17 I think.

^ They sing TPD songs. It's managed by the same agency as the old TPD. I guess the only thing they share is the name. But also can't you say that TPD is doing the same thing as Morning Musume (except for the fact that instead of MM disbanding after a few years that it continued). Current MM is a completely different group than the original MM. But it's still the same group...
