Other than AKB, there are currently 3 sister groups (SKE, NMB, HKT) -- or 5, if you count the two overseas ones (JKT and SNH).

You kinda have to count Nogizaka46 too. Although this is the only time I'm acknowledging their pointless existence. Scumbag Akimoto: 'in case y'all were thinking about not being fans of AKB, here's another completely unrelated yet conveniently non-Up Front group to spend truckloads of y'all's money on...' Like seriously, having three of the top three idol groups wasn't enough for that mazaafuakaa.

Seriously, though, you do. The way NGZ46 was announced, as though it's a "rival" group to AKB48, in some way that the other ***48 groups aren't, was/is such BS.

The SNSD song, to me, sounds like something that would've been in the second "High School Musical" movie, probably with a dance number centered around the giant pool they used.

Some nostalgic part of me had high hopes for CL's "The Baddest Female", since I used to like a decent amount of what 2NE1 and it's members put out. Wow though, I never expected it to be this crappy. (Maybe I shouldn't be so surprised though, I haven't liked anything new that I've heard from Big Bang or it's members in a long time either.)
