Almost like yesterday...

First pv I ever saw of Morning Musume, right around the time it came out

... wasn't terribly impressed at first
It wasn't until I backtracked on their discography a bit and got hooked on Do it Now and As For One Day around the time Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari came out that I start keeping up with the group. Through highs and lows, never regretted it since

Yeah, the first PV I saw was Manpower as that was the one that was new when I became a fan. I was hardly impressed at the time. When I went back to Shabondama and all I decided to be interested enough and then when I was a casual fan Osaka koi no uta came out and I was hooked. Mari's scandal and 7.5 gen audition and all... it was a lot to get used to and created a lot of ??? but damn if it wasn't worth being confused over. <3

I started to really pay attention to Morning Musume just before Shabondama came out.

And the first Hello Morning episode I watched was this:

Which confused the crap out of me -- "Who are these girls? And why are they on this show? I thought it was supposed to be Morning Musume!"

This was the song that made me pay attention to them. Before this they were "The group that shouted in every song they did". Then Shabondama cemented my fandom forever more.

My First Musume PV. I didn't start paying attention to them Till Shouganai Came Out though (too busy Keeping Up with C-ute/Berryz/Buono!) It's a shame i missed out on a LOT !
