1) Chaos (itself as an entity/the noun) rules or
2) If there is a set of rules called "Chaos Rules" hahaha

It means that the groups are restructured so that people in the same H!P group will be in the same H!PS group.

Looks like we will not have the much anticipated showdown between Suzuki Kanon and Miyamoto Karin. I wonder if the promoters are trying to hotshot a new feud for the finals or if neither Kanon or Karin wanted to do the job?

Too many veterans who know how the game is played and vote strategically rather than emotionally. Not enough newbies who don't.

Also, I just noticed that you can change your votes. Is that the real Chaos Rules? Or did I suddenly get mod powers? I'm also editing this post.
