It looks like the Spotify availability may be the real deal- this made me go down a google rabbithole a bit and Radiotalk does appear to upload their radio/podcast episodes to Spotify.

Their website is very basic (it largely just tells you to download their app) but it does appear they have some interfacing with Spotify.

Due to the 3rd state of emergency in Tokyo, Osaka, Hyogo, and Kyoto till May 11th, the M-line Special 2021 ~Make a Wish!~ performances during Golden Week are canceled :

April 29 Hachioji Art Culture Hall Icho Hall Hachioji (Tokyo)
May 4 Nakano Sunplaza (Tokyo)
May 8 Amashin Archaic Hall Oct (Hyogo)

They will do their best to make up for the canceled performance.
But, they will make a decision based on the situation.
They may have no choice but to cancel the event if they are unable to make arrangements for the venue.
