Why does that bother you so much?

It doesn't bother me, it surprises me. Personally I want to be able to jump along or dance with the songs the way their fans do at concerts without being shushed by the person sitting down behind me. I mean, it's not the opera. All the videos I've seen of MM concerts are high energy and fun and I've spent the better half of a decade wishing I could be a part of that energy. I just assumed most others had, too.

At Anime Expo '09 and Japan Expo '13 there were seats, but there was abundant area to stand in front of your seat to wave arms, jump, etc. At Sakura Con '11 there were seats for those who wanted seats, but also a mosh style area cleared up front for those that wanted to stand exclusively (I opted for the front). I feel that both of these styles worked well... but I can totally see how it would be a bother for those that can't/don't want to stand for very long/be close to other people.
Looking at Best Buy Theater's Wiki page, they have an occupancy listing of 2100. Does anyone know, is that with seating, or standing room only?

Is that what you read the announcement as? I was thinking it meant you could enter early with signage... ^^;;;;
EDIT: Oh, I had only read the Facebook announcement. I see that it does say that in the Japanese announcements! Interesting.
