She was on the Japan Nite tour in 2018. I saw her at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco. You could have seen her in at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn.
You never know what up-and-coming artists you might get to see at Japan Nite. I saw SCANDAL in March 2008, when all they had released was their first indie single (which I got autographed).

And now they're about to release their 10th album, which is crazy to me! I missed out on most of their stuff thanks to Sony's region block, but now that that's no longer in existence... I should catch up.
