I agree that it wouldn't take that long, but somehow it feels weird that VIP gets a high touch and needs to still buy ANOTHER CD for a handshake. I mean, they paid extra, why give them the lesser of the options? Like I said on that post, if everyone who buys a CD is able to do the "high touch" then it probably would need that time frame because 2000 people possible, it might be a lot of high fives and a long long line and they wanna get everyone in. Or maybe it is a handshake after all? Idk I feel like we really need it cleared up by UF. I called BBT again and asked the guy and he said he is pretty sure they are the same thing, but he didn't sound like he knew much about that subject. I wanna know if I need to worry about buying another CD if I'm able to snag a VIP ticket Friday.

...Well, think about it this way:
Getting the VIP will ensure that you automatically get into the event. If you get to the event too late, and all the CD's are sold out, you won't be able to go to the event. :P

I'm thinking that at least if its two different events and I miss the deadline for the CD, then if I get VIP I can still come in contact with them. :flowers:
Still worth $100 to me. :inlove:

^ That's how I'm looking at it. Assume that they're two different events and hope for the best!

My guess is $42 in advance, $45 at the door, in the VERY unlikely event that it doesn't sell out before the night of the show.

Or maybe there's just a $3 surcharge for people who look like troublemakers.

* Service and handling fees are added to the price of each ticket

i did a test checkout on another concert ticket, and AXS added around $8 to the total ($51), i'm not sure if its going to be exactly the same.

The last couple of times I bought tickets through AXS, there was a $9.50 fee on $25-$26.50 tickets. But those were for the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, so they're probably not a very reliable guide.

$3.00 for troublemakers seems pretty cheap -- I'd pay more than that for the chance to stir up trouble! XD

So I got a message back from up front link and they said that the vip will have the same cd and handshake event ticket as the cd you purchase. Also, is a handshake event, not a high touch event.

Well that's good to know...
Basically, the VIP gives you a few bonuses, and then it also GUARANTEES that you get your handshake event. :)

...I think I'm going to go for the 42, and just get the CD at the concert. :P
