I am somehow more okay with little kids in bikinis because they have nothing. It is the ages where they start to develop I find it weird.

for me it depends on how she's presenting it.. intention matters to me. like "here's some photos of my girl in a bikini" vs. "i just bought Noa a bikini! i think it's cute!"

I don't think them goofing around is so bad... the only problem I have is that she would post it online, considering the creepy u10 industry in Japan.

True, but there would be no children's clothing catalogs at all if people seriously worried about what if some creep gets turned on by my 3 year old's photo, or whatever. Caution is a good thing but you don't want to be imprisoned by your fears of what someone else might think.

That's true, and I've never minded the pics of them all hanging around their outside pool. I think it was mostly the "iya~n" wall leaning pose that weirded me out a little.
