wtf. MomoClo just announced their first concert at the national olympic stadium.
they got an earlier date before AKB, so they're the first female group to perform there or something?

i cant wait til they disband. i honestly don't understand the hype about them at all. an example of the masses being influenced into liking something.

^ They're popular because they "work hard" (and yet, Morning Musume had the MOST lives in 2013...), and because they deliver a "great performance" (ever heard them singing live? It's ear bleed quality... and their dancing is very energetic, but just that, not high level stuff) MM and C-ute deliver a much better performance, so it's only hype, and the media what made them popular. Same as AKB.

And if cards are played right, the media can help MM tremendously as well. Let's hope that happens

I know and it pisses me off. not just that but they're target the otaku audience hence why the girls usually sing in character rather than actually try to sing. so you have a bunch of otakus who become fans from the animes.

as a group they're not significantly talented at all. even if they work hard, who doesn't in the music industry???? heck, most of the time momoclo have been really lucky compared to other indie idol groups.

That's cool, so she's continuing to be active, even if it's only for live performances
I hope she releases something someday, but there almost no info about her out there.

There was 5 of them, only discovered them yesterday and got as much information as I could.

Basically there was a legal battle over 3 members and their contract.

Only looked them up because I saw the guy with the nice lips, I was like "damn he's hot!" and luckily I like their music.
The other guy isn't too bad looking either
