UUG are officially under M-Line since the begining of this year, if I'm not mistaken. It was made official right after UUG signed up with T-Palettes.

They are not 'tied' to a particular fanclub actually. Their management opened access for both H!P and M-line fanclub members to UUG's fan club exclusive stuffs, like ticket pre-order or fc events, etc. If there's a UUG stuff in M-line website, you can usually find it in H!P FC too, and vice versa.
