Explain to your parents that this is a once in a life opportunity and you will call them every half hour XD. You are so close to 18 anyway.

What kind of show is MM putting on that you have to be over 18? ( I'm 27 so I forgot all those rules)

The show is pretty early as well (4pm). You live in the area, so it shouldn't be that bad.

I think their age policy may be lax that day. They are after-all letting a a bunch of young teenagers on stage.

LOL
I'd go with anyone, really.
If it's 16+, then i'd be fine. I'm turning 17 in july lol
...I mean, my parents would totally understand what i mean, after all they were the same at my age. (once in a lifetime type concerts, have to go, yadayada...)

The only thing I am worried about, really, is the finding my way around the city & subways. xD

but, since this is a once in a REALLY long time-thing (especially since sayumi is leaving...) there's no way i wouldn't go. :P

The subway isnt really too hard. Pretty much every train goes to 42nd street. Every platform has a map and we are used to tourists so if you ask someone they wouldn't mind helping.

Just try not to read a paper map while standing in front of the staircase. We will not forgive you. :hehe:

I would also love to show someone around if they need it. I know where all the free stuff is

ohhh you are IN the city!
...So if I take the LIRR to Penn station, how would I get to where the concert is? :O There would be a train directly to that area???
(sorry if this doesn't belong in this thread ._.)

You would be on 34th street and could take the A one stop

44th is two blocks away from 42nd. So just walk up two blocks. Best Buy theater is apparently right there.

Its near Port Authority. Thats pretty cool. Its close for anyone taking the bus in from somewhere.

Personally I would just walk the 10 blocks lol :hehe:

I would end up just taking the L train to the A train. Transferring at 14st. I would probably go at like 8am so that I can be the first one there and get the best seat.

Edit: Actually just take the 2 train. Its like the same thing, but it appears the 2 is slightly closer.
