I think you can squeeze five or six people into a hotel room (if somebody sleeps in the bathtub).
Seriously, sharing rooms + standing in line/hanging out together + Hello Party 4 = more fun x 10000000.

I live in NY, so I wouldn't have to worry about hotels and stuff :mikihead:
But, I agree, the hotel experience + bunch of fans is definitely a great add-on to the experience! :P

...When the time comes, depending on who has tickets (i hope I have one :fear:), I'm sure things will work out. :P

NYC isn't a bad city, I think hostels are ok if you sty there... i don't think you have to worry about that. :P ...Just don't stay in the bad neighborhoods. XD

That's a good point, I some reason doubt that we regulars here on Jplop are mass murderers and ex-cons... Then again we follow 16 year olds in groups...
XD But really, I'm sure it'll all work out in the end :D
There are still 5 months left. XD

Japan's Entame Next uses Nihongogo and Animenewsnetwork as their English source for their article on Morning Musume. '14 in New York. :x

I'll be coming down with a number of fellow fans from Montreal (anywhere from 1 to 4) and I swear to god I'll be the first person in line if I have to be there 24 hours ahead, seriously. I'll be in the front even if I have to die to achieve it.

Gods. At long last. I'll see an MM live.

This will be my first somewhat ligit one, since the only one I've seen was at AX 2009. Which was a stellar show btw, regardless.

LOL Yes, despite having the reputation of being mean-city folks in a city that never sleeps, I dont think we're mass murderers or ex-convicts or something haha
Well, I know I'm not atleast XD. tbh i'm actually the one kinda shy/nervous about meeting up with people from here, though I really wanna have the ultimate fun that day, so no one kill it, or us, please lol

Advice:
1) If you can't read a subway map (because that thing CAN get confusing with all the overlapping train lines with other trains), and you have 4g/wifi, just do google maps to give you train, bus, and/or walking directions to your destination. I know I still depend on that sometimes when I go to Manhattan (that place is a disaster if you dont know east from west side, or when the avenues start to change into names instead of numbers haha).
2) Just ask the MTA people, and you can ask other people for directions too. I'm always being asked by random strangers for directions and I always fail to give them any since i'm a terrible New Yorker who doesn't know his way around his own neighborhood (other people answer, dont worry haha).
3) Avoid being in the way/bumping into people, you never know what mood these hustling-bustling sleep-deprived on-coffee people are in, ESPECIALLY if theyre trying to get somewhere and theyre barely just going to make it. (I've been guilty, sigh, but it's true.)
4) Just have fun with the concert and going around the city. There's lots to see, tons of shops, and plenty of food variety to go around (not always cheap though, be ready haha).

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!

On 10/5, we’re holding it
in a theater called Best Buy Theater on Broadway

The sound of Broadway is so cool…. lol lol

You know how like in Japan, there are those I♡NY design clothes, right?
But, I wonder if I wore them to the real place
what would the locals think??

Even in Japan, I see foreigners wearing Tokyo design and stuff too but
like, it feels kind of strange you know

Mmmmm….

well in any case, I will just be careful not to wear any clothes with weird English on them (lol) (lol)

Haha, she's aware of "clothes with weird English on them"

I keep freaking out about the tickets. I heard BABYMETAL tickets for their London concert sold out in a day, although I don't know how big the venue is or anything... but MM should obviously be more popular, so... >.>

I hate to say it but with forgeign fans at least, BABYMETAL is much popular. There are numerous articles around the globe because of their gimmick.
