BerryzCelebration is the only person who explicitly said Riho is a bad singer.

As for myself, I never said Riho is good or bad. (She goes both ways, depending on the song, how rested she is, the weather conditions, what she had for breakfast, the color of the car she rode in, etc.) All I said, counter to fujii hina, was that Sakura is better.

So then it's official. The last two pages of this thread has just been everyone trying to convince BerryzCelebration that Riho isn't a bad singer. I don't know why we still have this conversation. And yes myself is included in this. People who don't like Riho aren't going to suddenly love Riho and no one is going to change their mind. Remember when people hated Aichan and Reina. Then suddenly when they are graduating everyone loves them? Foreign fans like underdogs and don't like Aces. If Zukki suddenly became center and got lead vocal in all the songs half her fans would probably turn on her.

Some people actually do like Riho. I hate when people say "most people don't like Riho's voice" No actually. Many people love Riho. And no she's not perfect all the time, but I thoroughly enjoyed her solo line towards the end of the song. And she may have more lines then everyone else but the line distribution has been awesome so why do people still complain so much? Besides the one person it's not here that I see most complaints. Tumblr is a big well of negativity. The hate gets annoying sometimes.

This is just general ranting. Not really to anyone in particular. Not even to BerryzCelebration.

I think one reason why people argue over and discuss Riho's singing so much is that for every video/recording of her singing not so well you can find one of her singing pretty darn well.

And she gets a lot of lines so you can find the good and the bad sometimes within a single song, across different songs, within a single concert, etc. (everywhere).

Riho is a good Singer maybe not the whole Time but she has a strong Voice and for an Idol really good. Sakura on the other Hand has a really Idol-ish singing Voice which i like. But i'm waiting for someone who is really good to be something strong like Maki or Asuka. Maybe he will find someone in the next Round of the upcoming Auditions.

Riho is a decent singer. She have quite a good singing techni, it her vocal which make her sound bad, she make the line sound like its out of her range yet at the same time, she show a good techni while singing. It's just....hard to explain. Lol

I didn't really say she is a bad singer, she just isn't the best singer as you all say. Nothing can really change my opinion unless I really hear her improve in a few years.

But how old was Asuka?
Age has nothing to do with vocal ability.

Being an idol has nothing to do with vocal ability. :mikihead:

So "intolerable" is not "bad"…? :?:

Before you answer, let me go get some popcorn. This should be good.

But not everyone is born to sing.
Not everyone is like Asuka, kago, airi or Sakura who are born to sing and just need little more training to refine their singing ability.
Niigaki only start to sound great after years of training.
