The first round of screening has been completed, and only successful applicants will receive an invitation to the second round of screening by e-mail.

I hope they keep giving us these updates. They're always the same, but I really missed them with the last audition.

The online interview round shouldn't take them very long to do.

I'd think the same. Especially since they want to get the new group somewhat rolling before the end of the year, I assume the final round really needs to happen in October so there's time to pick, prep, introduce any winners by December (new KSS will need training time if they're going to participate in the December recital).

I like the speedier and efficient process of the 1st two rounds. The 3rd round should take a little longer, now that they need to travel.

Yeah, seems like they saved time doing the second round interviews online. Maybe they will actually finish this thing out by/in early November.

Usually, the fourth round is the final. But now there is a fifth round to narrow it down even further?

Kind of crazy to be having an extra round this late in the year, but yeah okay - I'm just happy to get an update.

Edit: Realized they never gave us an update for the third round. Now I'm wondering if it was a typo.
